In 2022, I relocated to New York and launched two brands into the American market with zero connections and zero presence. That's when I started building AI systems to do the work of an entire team.

How long does a typical project take? +

Most projects take 2 to 8 weeks from kickoff to handoff. Week 1 is an operations audit and roadmap. Weeks 2 through 6 are building and testing. The final phase is training your team and documenting everything.

What AI technologies do you use? +

I build with Claude API (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Python, and TypeScript. The technology depends on the task. I pick whatever delivers the best results for your specific use case, not whatever is trendiest.

Projects range from $5,000 to $25,000 depending on scope and complexity. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute strategy call where we figure out if AI is the right solution and what the ROI would look like.

Do I need a technical team? +
